We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong convincing skills, excellent communication abilities, and sound knowledge of sales techniques to promote and sell our loan products. This role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable loan solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Promote and sell various loan products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, and vehicle loans.
Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Engage with customers to understand their loan requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options clearly to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with internal departments (credit, operations, and collections) to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry regulations.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Basic understanding of financial products and lending procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in loan sales, financial services, or similar roles (freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
