Job Title: Loan Executive (Gold Loan / Business Loan / Personal Loan)

Location: Chennai & Coimbatore

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹26,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
Allowances: Provided as per company policy
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Loan Executives to join our team. The role involves promoting and processing Gold Loans, Business Loans, and Personal Loans, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build relationships with potential customers.

• Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to clients.

• Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in the loan or financial services sector.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to meet targets and work independently.
