Job Title: Gold Loan Sales Officer

Company: Teamed – DBS Bank
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell gold loan products to new and existing customers.

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and local market activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

• Evaluate customers’ gold assets and guide them through the loan process (training provided).

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch growth.

• Maintain daily sales reports and update customer data accurately.

• Coordinate with branch staff and follow compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

• Freshers or candidates with experience in Gold Loan / BFSI sales are welcome.

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work in field sales and meet targets.

• Willingness to travel locally (petrol allowance provided).
