Explain loan products to customers and generate new group loan clients.
Manage loan documentation and ensure proper verification of applicants.
Responsible for EMI collection from customers on time.
Maintain good relationships with group members and support them in loan processes.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets set by the company.
