We’re Hiring—Home Loan Sales Officer

Profile: Sales Officer

Experience:
Minimum 6 months experience in Home Loans
Candidates with Banking Experience are also encouraged to apply

Location: Kolkata

(Salary will be offered based on interview performance and total years of experience.)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate home loan business through field sales and referrals

• Identify potential customers and explain home loan products

• Handle customer queries and guide them through the loan process

• Coordinate with banks, credit teams, and operations for loan processing

• Collect and verify required documents from customers

• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers

• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely closures

• Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of home loan products

• Banking or financial services experience

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in the field and meet targets
