Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive product demand in the assigned market through field activities.
- Identify and connect with contractors, painters, architects, and influencers to generate demand.
- Conduct product demos and awareness sessions at sites/retail counters.- Ensure placement and visibility of products at dealer/retailer points.
- Assist the sales team in achieving targets by generating secondary sales.
- Collect orders from retailers and channel partners in coordination with the sales executive.
- Track competitor activities and share market intelligence with the team.- Support new dealer/retailer onboarding and activation in the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, painters, retailers, and influencers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure product satisfaction and repeat orders.
- Provide feedback from market stakeholders to improve products and services.
- Execute local-level promotional campaigns, painter meets, and retailer engagement programs.
- Distribute marketing material and ensure visibility through branding initiatives.- Support digital/field campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Maintain daily activity reports (site visits, contractor/retailer connects, lead generation, ordertracking).
- Update data on customer leads, painter/contractor databases, and demand pipeline.
- Report progress and challenges to the reporting manager on a regular basis.
