• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

2. Key Account Management

• Manage and grow relationships with the company’s most important clients.

• Understand client needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements.

3. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

• Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations.

• Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment.

4. Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new markets.

• Present solutions and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.

5. Performance Monitoring

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure sales targets are met.

• Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports for senior management.

• Implement corrective actions when performance deviates from targets.
