Responsibilities:
Generate business through the Direct Channel (walk-in customers, referrals, and self-sourced leads).
Understand customer insurance needs and recommend suitable Life insurance products.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and persistency goals.
Complete policy documentation and ensure compliance with company processes.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and after-sales service.
Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support.
