Key Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Key Account Manager to manage

and grow our corporate gifting business. The role involves handling key B2B clients,

generating new business, achieving sales targets, and building long-term client

relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage and grow existing key corporate accounts

 Identify and acquire new B2B clients for corporate gifting

 Understand client requirements and propose suitable gifting solutions

 Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

 Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, operations, dispatch) to ensure

timely delivery

 Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business

 Track market trends and competitor activityEnsure accurate reporting of sales

pipeline and forecasts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales (corporate gifting / promotional products /

printing / merchandising preferred)



Strong communication and negotiation skills

 Ability to build and maintain client relationships

 Target-driven with a flair for sales

 Good knowledge of MS Excel,word ppt and email communication,

 Ability to handle multiple accounts and tight timelines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

 Experience in corporate gifting, branding, or promotional merchandise

 Exposure to handling corporate or enterprise clients



Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented

 Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
