Position Overview:
The Key Account Manager will focus on generating sales for the Rehab & Recovery business by building strong
doctor-to-doctor connections and establishing a robust referral network. This role involves promoting the
centre’s services to healthcare professionals, driving referrals, and achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Generate sales by connecting with doctors, healthcare professionals, and referral networks.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Actively promote the centre's services, highlighting benefits for patients and unique offerings.
• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to build professional relationships.
Doctor Network Development
• Build and maintain a network of referring doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals.
• Organize and participate in doctor engagement programs, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and
networking events.
• Address feedback and concerns from doctors to ensure continued collaboration.
Account Management
• Serve as the primary contact for referring doctors, managing queries and ensuring smooth coordination.
• Maintain detailed records of doctor interactions, referrals, and sales activities.
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts to maximize referral volumes and revenue.
Market Insights & Analysis
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to guide sales strategies.
• Identify service improvement opportunities based on doctor and patient feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in rehabilitation or related domains.
