Role Overview:

Pavo Ads is looking for an experienced Key Account Executive with a strong background in merchant acquisition, POS solutions, QR/payment solutions, billing software, or other B2B solutions sold directly to retail businesses.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding premium retail outlets across Delhi NCR for Pavo Ads' growing digital advertising network.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have previously worked on-ground with retailers, understand how to approach store owners and decision-makers, and have successfully acquired and managed merchant accounts.

This is a Sales and Business Development Role involving extensive field interaction, retailer acquisition, negotiations, relationship management, and account closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach premium retail outlets across assigned markets in Delhi NCR

• Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential retail partners

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with store owners, managers, franchisees, and key decision-makers

• Present Pavo Ads' business proposition and explain the benefits of partnering with our advertising network

• Acquire and onboard new retail partners for digital screen placements

• Handle end-to-end coordination of agreements, approvals, and onboarding formalities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial partners

• Conduct market surveys and identify high-footfall expansion opportunities

• Coordinate with operations and installation teams for successful deployment of screens

• Maintain acquisition pipeline, reports, and partnership data

• Ensure smooth execution from lead generation to final installation

• Achieve monthly acquisition and partnership targets
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in sales preferably in POS machines, payment solutions, SaaS, telecom, FMCG, fintech, billing software, or advertising.

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Two-wheeler preferred for easy mobility across Delhi NCR

• Prior experience in DOOH advertising, elevator/lift advertising, retail media, RWA acquisition, or similar industries preferred

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with daily field visits.

• Familiarity with Delhi NCR market is a plus

• Must be comfortable working in a startup environment
  

Candidates must have prior B2B field sales / merchant acquisition experience with companies operating in one or more of the following areas:

• POS machines & payment terminals

• QR-based merchant payment solutions

• Merchant acquiring/payment solutions

• Retail billing/POS software

• FinTech merchant solutions

• Retail SaaS/software solutions

• Business payment or merchant services

Candidates who have personally handled retailer onboarding, merchant acquisition, field sales, and account management will be strongly preferred.
