Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic
team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business
opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales of our IT hardware and

Key Responsibilities:
● Sales Generation:
○ Identify and prospect new clients in the IT hardware and software sectors,
including businesses requiring POS systems, billing printers, barcode scanners,
ECRs, and related products.
○ Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and other sales
strategies.
○ Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT hardware, software, and
services that align with their business requirements.
● Product Knowledge & Consultation:
○ Provide detailed information on our products, services, and solutions,
including POS systems, barcode scanners, and digital marketing solutions.
○ Act as a consultant to guide clients on the most suitable IT solutions for their
business challenges.
● Sales Coordination & Follow-ups:
○ Coordinate with internal teams, including technical and support departments,
to provide clients with accurate product information, pricing, and delivery
timelines.
○ Follow up on leads and sales inquiries to close deals and achieve sales targets.
○ Maintain and update CRM system with client interactions, sales activities, and
deal progress.
● Customer Relationship Management:
○ Address client concerns, questions, and product inquiries, providing prompt
and professional support.
● Sales Reporting & Targets:
○ Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
○ Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer feedback
to management.
Qualifications:
● Experience:
○ 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT
hardware/software industry & Freshers Also Welcome
○ Having a two-wheeler and an Android phone is must.
○ Previous experience selling POS systems, ECRs, barcode printers, or related IT
products is preferred (not mandatory).
● Skills:
○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
relationships with clients.
○ Good understanding of IT hardware, software, and technology solutions.
○ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
○ Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is
preferred (not mandatory)
● Education:
○ Graduation in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
