We are looking for a growth-driven and result-oriented professional to join our team at our Zirakpur office. This is a hybrid role that combines Lead Generation, Direct Sales, and Market Visits, focused on driving client acquisition for Software Solutions, Services, Architecture, and Turnkey Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote company software solutions and service offerings to potential clients.
Generate, manage, and convert inquiries into qualified business leads.
Conduct proactive calling, regular follow-ups, and client coordination.
Schedule meetings, site visits, and client discussions as required.
Visit the market regularly to identify new business opportunities and build strong local client networks.
Meet prospective clients directly for business presentations, requirement discussions, and sales closures.
Maintain CRM records, sales trackers, and optimize the overall sales funnel.
Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales cycle.
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
Confident in outbound calling, lead conversion, field visits, and client handling.
Comfortable with regular market visits and direct client interactions.
Target-driven mindset with a proactive and professional approach.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting is an added advantage.
