Job Opening: Insurance Sales Manager (Health Insurance)
We are hiring energetic and experienced Sales Managers to build and manage a team of agents to sell health insurance policies.

Position: Sales Manager / Agency Manager (Health Insurance)
Location: Hyderabad (All Areas / Multiple Locations)
Salary: ₹3.0 LPA to ₹6.0 LPA (Based on experience + Incentives)

💼 Key Responsibilities
Agent Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard independent insurance agents/advisors.
Training & Development: Train agents on health insurance products, policies, and sales techniques.
Business Generation: Drive health insurance policy sales through your team of agents to meet monthly targets.
Field Support: Motivate agents and accompany them on high-value client meetings when required.
🎯 Candidate Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Graduate (Degree completed is mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in any field sales or insurance sales (Agency channel experience is a big plus).
Assets: Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and a valid driving license for field travel.
Skills: Strong communication, networking, and team management skills.
