Key Responsibilities:

Proactively acquire customers from the branch's vicinity through customer acquisition activities, data collection, and personal references.
Identify and approach potential clients to grow the customer base.
Product Sales and Financial Advisory:
Offer financial planning services by recommending appropriate products such as Mutual Funds, Corporate Fixed Deposits, Term Insurance, Health Insurance, and Life Insurance.
Customize solutions based on the customer’s needs and financial goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering excellent post-sales service and timely advice on portfolio adjustments.
Engage in regular communication to keep customers informed of new product offerings and market trends.
Referrals and Network Expansion:
Leverage relationships with existing customers to generate high-quality leads and referrals to expand the company’s customer base.
Adherence to Ethical Practices:
Ensure that all recommendations and sales align with customer requirements and financial suitability.
