Job Description – Development Officer

Position: Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, train, and develop Life Mitras/Insurance Advisors.

- Motivate and support advisors to achieve business and sales targets.

- Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and customer meetings.

- Generate new business while maintaining strong customer relationships.

- Organize recruitment drives, training sessions, and sales activities.

- Monitor advisor performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Submit timely reports and achieve monthly business objectives.
