Explain life insurance products, including term plans, savings plans, and investment plans.
Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable policies.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Assist customers with policy applications and documentation.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Provide after-sales service, including policy renewals, claims support, and policy updates.
Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Attend training sessions and meetings to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
