Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and field activities.

• Promote and sell Health Insurance products at diagnostic centers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.

• Explain policy features, process new policies and renewals, and provide after-sales support.

• Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

• Maintain customer records, update CRM, and prepare sales reports.

• Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of Health Insurance products.

• Strong interest in sales and customer relationship management.

• Lead generation, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.

• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Health Insurance, General Insurance, BFSI, or Field Sales.

• Experience in insurance sales through hospitals, diagnostic centers, or healthcare channels is an added advantage.

• Possession of a valid BQP License will be an added advantage.
