Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join

our team. The ideal candidate will identify customer needs, offer suitable insurance

solutions, and help clients protect what ma􀆩ers most. This role involves building long-term

relationships, genera􀆟ng leads, and achieving sales goals through excellent communication

and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (health Insurance

Sales).

• Present and explain insurance policy options to potential customers.

• Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients.

• Process policy applications, renewals, modifications, and claims when necessary.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, underwriting policies, and industry

regulations.

• Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and renew policies.

• Utilize CRM so􀅌ware or lead management tools to track interactions and sales progress.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead-genera􀆟on strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Graduation’ degree preferred ).

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Excellent organizational and management skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM Compensation

• Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses.
