Job Summary ::
The Agency Manager recruits, trains, and motivates insurance advisors to sell Motor Insurance products, supports them in achieving business targets, and drives overall business growth through effective team development.
Key Responsibilities ::
· Recruit insurance advisors/agents and provide them with training on our insurance products.
· Guide and motivate advisors to promote and sell our Motor Insurance products.
· Support advisors in the sales process and help them achieve business targets.
· Achieve assigned business objectives through advisor productivity and team development.
Who can become an Insurance Advisor/Agent ?
An individual who sells any insurance product (Motor or Health Insurance) on behalf of the company and earns commission-based income. Anyone with good communication and networking skills can become an insurance advisor after completing the required IRDAI certification process.
Requirements ::
· Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience in Agency Channel (General Insurance Industry)
· Age limit 29 -31 Years Max
· Job stability ( Min 1 Yr Job stability Preferred)
Salary Budget / CTC Range ::
· Fixed CTC – 4.20 + Monthly Conveniences + Monthly Incentives + Group Insurance (Employee, Spouse, 2 Children’s & Parents)
· If the candidate currently working in General insurance company in Agency Motor Insurance we can go up to 5.50 LPA
· Location – Bangalore, Rajajinagar
· No of Positions vacant – 10
