Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors/agents.

• Drive sales through the agency channel to achieve monthly and annual business targets.

• Motivate and mentor advisors to improve productivity and performance.

• Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls with advisors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.

• Ensure high-quality customer service and timely policy issuance.

• Monitor advisor performance and implement action plans to improve results.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• 1–4 years of experience in insurance sales, agency sales, or BFSI sales.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Good networking and relationship-building abilities.

• Candidate should be target-oriented and willing to travel locally.
