Job Description:

We are seeking confident and motivated individuals to join our Insurance Sales team. The role involves promoting Life, Health, and Motor Insurance products and achieving sales targets through customer engagement and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers for Life, Health, or Motor insurance.

Understand client needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in agency sales/insurance/ preferred.

Confident personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Basic understanding of insurance products (training provided).

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Must be open to fieldwork and meeting clients.
