We are looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our team Axis Max Life Insurance. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers commission based on performance and achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs
Make suggestions as per customer requirement- we are there to serve customer and improve their quality of life
Be open to follow-ups
Generate leads and follow-up with leads assigned
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is graduation in B.com or MBA in Finance. Familiarity with financial terms. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
