Job Description – Field Sales Officer

Position: Field Sales Officer
Location: Madurai
CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA
Experience: Relevant experience in field sales – Banking Products

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for banking and financial products.

• Conduct field visits to source potential customers and build strong customer relationships.

• Promote and sell banking products to achieve assigned sales targets.

• Develop business through customer referrals and market networking.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and loan processing.

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure a smooth sales process.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in field sales of banking or financial products is mandatory.

• Currently working candidates only.

• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Target-oriented with a strong focus on business development.

• Knowledge of banking products and loan processes is preferred.
