Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead student recruitment, manage inquiries, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and experience in education consultancy or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads)

• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities

• Convert leads into admissions

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Manage and follow up with potential students

• Coordinate with IELTS/PTE coaching team

• Build relationships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers

• Organize seminars and promotional events

• Maintain student records and CRM data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)

• 2–5 years of experience in sales (education consultancy preferred)

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of study abroad process is a plus

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Good command of English and Hindi

Salary Structure

• Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)

• Incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹1,00,000+ per month (based on performance)
