HOSPERIA HOSPITALITY is seeking a dynamic and performance-driven HORECA Sales Manager / Territory Manager to drive B2B sales growth within the hospitality segment. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry relationships, deep market understanding, and proven ability to generate revenue from hotels, catering companies, restaurants, cafés, and institutional clients. This role requires strategic planning, field execution, and high-level client engagement.
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Identify and acquire new B2B clients within the HORECA sector including luxury hotels, premium caterers, restaurants, and corporate food services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles — lead generation, pitching, closing, and account management.
Manage assigned geographic territory and build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Maintain regular field visits and relationship development with key decision-makers such as Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, Purchase Managers, and Owners.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
Build long-term strategic partnerships with clients to ensure repeat business and brand positioning.
Handle key accounts and maintain high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams including operations, logistics, and marketing for seamless execution.
Strong B2B sales expertise within HORECA or hospitality-related products/services.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client operational needs.
High energy, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in field sales environments.
Professional presentation skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience: Minimum 4–8 years in HORECA / Hospitality Sales / Institutional Sales (preferred).
Education: Graduate in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
Strong network within hotels, catering companies, and restaurants will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
