Key Responsibilities
• Generate room revenue through corporate and travel agent tie-ups • Handle MICE sales including conferences, banquets, weddings, and events • Develop and maintain relationships with corporates and local business houses • Conduct daily sales calls and client visits • Maintain daily sales reports and client updates in CRM/software • Achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets • Coordinate with operations and banquet teams for smooth execution of events • Increase F&B; and banquet business opportunities • Prepare sales plans and market mapping for the assigned territory • Regular follow-up for business conversion and repeat business
Candidate Requirements
• 2 to 4 years of experience in hotel sales • Mandatory experience in hotel industry sales• Experience in room sales and banquet/MICE sales is required • Strong understanding of local corporate market • Candidate must be based in the same city/location applied for • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Pleasant personality and professional approach • Ability to work independently and manage client relationships Preferred Background Candidates from 3-star, 4-star, or business hotels preferred. Exposure to corporate sales, banquet sales, and wedding business. Familiarity with hotel sales software/CRM systems.
