Home Loan Sales

We are looking for experienced Relationship Managers for Home Loan / LAP Sales through the DSA channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire customers for Home Loans & Loan Against Property (LAP).

• Handle end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to login and disbursement.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, property dealers, builders and channel partners.

• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable Home Loan / LAP products.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, login, sanction and disbursement.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Conduct field visits and develop business through the DSA / direct sales channel.

Candidate Profile:

• 1–4 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Loan Sales.

• Candidates with DSA Home Loan Sales experience will be preferred.

• Good communication, customer handling and convincing skills.

• Strong knowledge of the local market and customer acquisition.

• Graduate & above preferred.
