Urgent Hiring – Relationship Manager (RM) / Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Home Loan Sales

We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to join our Home Loan Sales team.

Relationship Manager (RM)

Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have relevant experience in the Home Loan (HL) and/or Loan Against Property (LAP) domain.

Home Loan (HL) experience is mandatory.

Candidates with experience only in Insurance, General Sales, or other non-HL/LAP sales backgrounds will not be considered.

Only local candidates with an active DSA/DST network in their respective market are eligible. Relocated candidates will not be considered.

Candidates currently working with or having recent experience in Ambak or HDFC Sales are not eligible.

Minimum CIBIL Score: 600.

Sales Targets

Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Minimum Individual Business Target: ₹4 Crore per month

Relationship Manager (RM)

Minimum Business Target: ₹1 Crore per month

Payroll Details

Relationship Manager (RM) & Senior Relationship Manager (SRM):

Initially employed on a third-party payroll (Exceled HR) for the first 3 months.

Based on satisfactory performance, candidates will be transitioned to the company's direct payroll after the initial 3-month period.

Area Sales Manager (ASM):

Will be hired directly on the company payroll from the date of joining.
