Job Description: Affordable Mortgage Executive (HL / LAP)

Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP)
Freshers not eligible

Job Type: Full-time

Role & Responsibilities:

• Source and generate business for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products

• Identify potential customers and understand their financial requirements

• Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and processes to clients

• Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing

• Ensure timely login, documentation, and disbursement of loan files

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners

• Achieve assigned monthly targets and business goals

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HL / LAP sales or processing

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Knowledge of affordable housing finance products and loan processes

• Target-oriented and self-driven approach

• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
