Food (Momo) Seller

Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and customer-friendly Momo Seller to join our team Maison Gourmet to prepare, cook, and sell momo while maintaining hygiene and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in street food handling or quick-service food operations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook different types of momo (veg, paneer, chicken, fried, steamed, etc.)

• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI standards

• Handle customer orders efficiently and politely

• Set up and manage the food stall or cart daily

• Monitor stock of raw materials (flour, vegetables, chicken, sauces, etc.)

• Ensure proper storage of ingredients

Required Skills

• Basic cooking skills (especially momo preparation)

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours

• Basic math skills for billing and cash handling

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in street food / fast food / cloud kitchen

• Knowledge of multiple momo styles (steamed, fried, Afghani, tandoori)

Salary Range (India)

• ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience & location)

Working Conditions

• Outdoor / stall-based work

• Long standing hours

• Evening peak business (especially 5 PM – 10 PM)
