Role Summary:
Responsible for driving sales growth, managing Sales Officers and distributors, and achieving business targets across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve territory sales targets and growth plans
Lead, guide, and monitor Sales Officers
Appoint and manage distributors
Ensure market coverage, visibility & availability
Execute promotions and new product launches
Track sales performance and market competition
Qualification:
Any Graduate with 5–8 years FMCG sales experience (Food preferred) and team-handling exposure.
