We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the FMCG sector to manage and expand our business in the Salt Lake territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring effective market coverage.

Territory Locations: Salt Lake, Rajarhat, Dumdum (Kolkata)
Industry: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
Age: 25 to 36 years
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets
Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising in the market
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
Execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns in the territory
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–4 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferred)
Strong knowledge of the local market in and around Salt Lake
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred
