Zuari Industries Limited is a diversified business group with a strong presence across multiple sectors. The company is expanding its Staples Food business and is looking for passionate sales professionals to strengthen its General Trade (GT) distribution network.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Sales Officers from the Staples Food/FMCG industry who have hands-on experience in General Trade (GT) Channel Sales. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing distributors and dealers, driving sales growth, and expanding market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Drive primary and secondary sales within the assigned territory.

Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Increase retail coverage and ensure product availability.

Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.

Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

Ensure timely collections and maintain sales reports.

Execute promotional and merchandising activities to enhance brand visibility.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass may also be considered with relevant FMCG sales experience).

Minimum 2 years of experience in Staples Food/FMCG Sales.

Mandatory experience in General Trade (GT)/Channel Sales.

Strong experience in dealer and distributor management.

Average to good communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Industry Background
