We are hiring a motivated and energetic FMCG Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through cold calling, field visits, presentations, and direct customer meetings.

• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into active customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

• Conduct market research and develop strategies to increase product sales and visibility.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

• Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

• Expand and manage the customer database effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass and above.

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG or field sales preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency required.

• Knowledge of local markets and sales techniques is an advantage.

Salary & Incentives

• In-hand salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
