We are looking for a proactive and result-driven CPD / Field Sales Executive to manage and grow sales of personal care products across FMCG and Healthcare channels. The role involves retail & counter sales execution, chemist and retail shop servicing, and regular market visits within the assigned territory.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling shampoo, skin-care, and personal-care products at chemist shops and retail outlets, and should be confident in achieving targets and building strong trade relationships.
Industry: IT (working with FMCG & Healthcare Personal Care clients)
Handle retail and counter sales for FMCG & healthcare personal-care products
Visit chemist shops and general retail stores to generate orders and ensure repeat business
Manage and service approximately 200 retail & chemist counters within the assigned area
Work on General Trade (GT) to expand outlet coverage and onboard new retailers/chemists
Ensure product availability, visibility, display, and merchandising at stores
Execute schemes, promotions, and trade offers and track sell-out performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, chemists, distributors, and clients
Plan daily beat routes and ensure productive market coverage
Achieve monthly sales, coverage, and collection targets
Share accurate daily sales and market feedback reports
1–4 years of experience in FMCG or Healthcare (Personal Care) sales
Experience selling shampoo, skin-care, and personal-care products at chemist shops and retail outlets
Strong exposure to field sales, counter sales, and General Trade (GT)
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and market visits
Graduate preferred
