FMCG Field Sales Executive

Position: Field Sales Executive
Industry: FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
Location: Field / Market Visit Based
Reporting To: Sales Supervisor / Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily market visits in the assigned territory

  • Visit retailers and distributors to generate orders

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers

  • Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability

  • Appoint and develop new retailers in the assigned area

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities

  • Follow up on stock availability, pricing, and schemes

  • Submit daily sales reports to the reporting manager

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work in the field and meet targets

  • Basic knowledge of FMCG sales and retail markets

  • Strong customer handling skills

  • Ability to use Android mobile applications for reporting

Qualification:

  • Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

Experience:

  • Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in FMCG field sales

Salary & Benefits:
