JD – Sales Executive- Flexi Packaging
Responsibilities-
Business Development: B2B Sales, acquiring new clients from Food, FMCG industry.
End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the complete sales process from initial inquiry and technical discussions to quotation, sample trials, negotiation, and final order closure
Client Retention: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the internal production, technical, and finance teams to align on product structures, costing, sampling trials, and delivery timelines.
Qualification-
Education- Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred or from any stream.
Experience- 4 to 5 years in B2B Sales from Packaging, Food or Printing Industry.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with technical comprehension of packaging materials and conversion processes
Salary- 5 to 6 LPA. + Annual Bonus.
Expenses reimbursed by the company- Travel, Mobile, Hotel Stay, Food, Petrol for Bike
Candidate preferred having a bike or scoter., should be ready to travel Pan India.
