Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets, supermarkets, provision stores, and other trade customers on a daily basis.

• Generate orders for the company's FMCG products and ensure regular order booking.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Develop new retail outlets and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and distributors.

• Ensure proper product availability and visibility at retail outlets.

• Introduce new products, schemes, offers, and promotions to retailers.

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market activities.

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers, as per company policy.

• Follow the assigned daily route plan and maintain regular market coverage.

• Coordinate with the distributor/warehouse team for stock availability and order fulfillment.

• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, orders, collections, and market feedback.

• Report sales performance, competitor activity, customer issues, and market opportunities to the reporting manager.

• Ensure proper handling and submission of sales-related documents.

• Follow company policies, sales processes, and professional standards.
