Job Title: Sales Executive – FMCG (Dairy Division)
Locations: Katihar

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales, manage distribution, and ensure strong market presence in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate must have FMCG experience, preferably in the dairy segment.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Manage and expand the distributor and retailer network.
Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper merchandising.
Conduct regular market visits for order booking, follow-up, and monitoring competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and market stakeholders.
Track sales performance and share timely reports with the team.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience (Dairy preferred).
Age up to 35 years.
Strong understanding of local geography and market routes.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Freshers are not eligible.
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: ₹22,000
