FMCG Marketing – Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote FMCG products and increase brand visibility.

• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, competitor activities, and market trends.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and digital marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate with sales teams to support product launches, branding activities, and trade marketing.

• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and media partners.

• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare performance reports.

• Assist in product packaging, design improvements, and brand communication materials.

• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve product performance.

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

• Develop social media content and oversee brand presence on digital platforms.

• Support merchandising activities, POS materials, and trade displays to enhance product visibility.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of FMCG industry trends and consumer insights.

• Excellent communication, branding, and presentation skills.

• Creativity with a strong ability to think strategically.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
