Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Growth Executive to drive sales, expand the customer base, and strengthen relationships with retail outlets, distributors, and key customers. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, ensure product availability, and execute market development initiatives to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new retail outlets and customers within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
Promote the company's FMCG products and ensure effective product placement and visibility.
Achieve monthly sales, distribution, and customer acquisition targets.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure product availability, stock replenishment, and merchandising at retail outlets.
Collect market feedback and share customer insights with the sales team.
Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1 to 4 years of experience in FMCG sales, retail sales, business development, or customer growth.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Required Skills
