We are looking for a FMCG Field Sales Executive to join our team at Aswini Homeo And Ayurvedic Products Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in a. Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors and maximizing sales opportunities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Totally accountable for the assigned region for both primary and secondary order generation.
b. Ensure product availability and visibility in stores.
c. Activation of new outlets for sales and increase the market coverage.
d. Willingness to travel more than 70 % in the territory and outside is essential.
e. Daily Visit of 40-50 outlets & working on Sales Diary application.
f. Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the territory.
g. Distributor Management.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th or above and 2 - 6+ years of experience in FMCG general trade. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and market knowledge.
