Financial Service Sales Associate

Role Summary

The In-Shop Financer will manage the finance desk inside the showroom, explain EMI schemes to walk-in customers, process applications on partner portals (Bajaj Finance, IDFC, HDB, Home Credit, TVS) and ensure quick approvals and disbursements for TVs, fridges, washing machines, coolers, mobiles and other eligible home appliances.

Key Responsibilities

Explain EMI and finance schemes on TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, coolers, mobiles and other home appliances to customers

Collect KYC documents (ID proof, address proof, PAN, bank details) and check basic eligibility

Log applications on finance partner apps/portals (Bajaj Finance, IDFC, HDB, Home Credit, TVS) and track till approval and disbursement

Coordinate with finance partner teams for clarifications and pending cases

Work with sales staff to maximize finance conversions on bills

Maintain daily reports: applications, approvals, disbursements, scheme performance

Update finance branding, EMI posters, "No Cost EMI" and festival offers in showroom

Follow compliance norms to avoid documentation errors

12th pass minimum; graduation preferred

2-3 years experience as in-shop financer / electronics showroom staff / NBFC finance counter / consumer durable finance (mandatory)

Basic Android app and computer knowledge

Good communication, customer handling and sales skills

Willing to work showroom timings including weekends and festivals
