Position: Verification & Recovery Field Executive
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

About the Role:-

We are looking for a Verification & Recovery Field Executive who can efficiently handle customer verification, field visits, and recovery activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in payday loans, personal loans, digital lending, or financial services and be comfortable working in the field.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting timely customer verification, assessing the customer's profile and residence/location, and handling recovery of assigned cases, particularly those verified by the executive.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Conduct field verification of customers before/after loan processing as assigned.

• Verify the customer's residential address, employment details, contact information, and overall profile.

• Physically visit customer locations and assess whether the customer and provided information are genuine and satisfactory.

• Conduct timely verification and field visits as per company requirements.

• Handle recovery/collection activities for cases verified by you.

• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and assist in achieving recovery targets.

• Maintain proper records and submit verification and visit reports on time.

• Coordinate with the Credit, Collection, and Operations teams for assigned cases.

• Manage multiple verification and recovery visits efficiently in the same working day.

• Work proactively with the team and contribute towards achieving individual and team targets.

• Identify discrepancies, suspicious cases, or potential fraud indicators during field verification and immediately report them to the concerned team.

• Follow all applicable RBI guidelines, company policies, customer-contact protocols, and ethical recovery practices.

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with customers.
  

Candidate Requirements :-

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in:

  • Payday Loans

  • Personal Loans

  • Digital Lending

  • NBFCs

  • Loan Verification

  • Field Collection/Recovery

  • Financial Services

• Good knowledge of field verification and recovery processes.

• Comfortable travelling for customer visits. MUST HAVE BIKE AND DL

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to manage verification and recovery activities simultaneously.

• Target-oriented with a proactive mindset.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

• Good knowledge of local areas/routes and ability to manage multiple visits efficiently.

• Basic understanding of RBI guidelines and fair recovery practices.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Hike on current CTC, based on experience and performance
Additional: Conveyance/Fuel allowance as per company policy
