About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Verification Executive to join our Health Insurance team. This role is critical to our operations, requiring on-ground presence to verify the authenticity and accuracy of information provided by health insurance applicants. The ideal candidate is someone who is not afraid to be on the road, is detail-oriented, and possesses a valid two-wheeler.Key Responsibilities:· Conduct field visits to the residential and business addresses of health insurance applicants as per the daily schedule.· Verify documents, identity, and medical history details through in-person interactions.· Take geo-tagged photographs and collect necessary signatures to ensure compliance.· Submit daily visit reports and highlight any discrepancies or red flags immediately.· Coordinate with the branch office to plan the most efficient travel routes.· Ensure timely completion of assigned cases within the turnaround time (TAT).Requirements:· Mandatory: Must own a motorized two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license.· Mandatory: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city/region (field work 80% of the time).
