Field Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Supervisor to oversee on-site operations, manage field staff, and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks. The candidate should be well-organized, capable of handling multiple locations, and able to maintain high standards of work and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage field staff at assigned locations

• Ensure all operations are running smoothly and efficiently

• Conduct regular site visits and inspections

• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and discipline

• Coordinate with office team for daily updates and reporting

• Resolve on-site issues and handle client concerns professionally

• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures

• Maintain reports of daily activities and submit them to management

• Train and guide new employees when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in field supervision or similar role

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple sites

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp reporting

• It is a Full Time ఫీల్డ్ అమ్మకాలు job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
