We are Hiring for : Field Supervisor (General Trade Survey / Marketing survey Activation)

📍 Role Overview:

NO SALES AND NO TARGET

We are looking for Field Supervisors to manage and monitor field associates conducting retail surveys. The role involves team handling, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high-quality data collection across assigned locations.

🧑‍💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage field associates on a daily basis

• Ensure team presence, grooming, and discipline

• Monitor survey activities at retail outlets

• Ensure accurate data collection and submission

• Track check-in/check-out with proper proof

• Report daily performance and field updates

🕒 Work Details:

• Field-based role with daily travel

• Continuous, long-term program (not short-term)

• Responsible for team deployment and coverage

👥 Eligibility:

Age : 24 to 30 anyone can apply

• Experience in team handling / field operations preferred

• Good communication & leadership skills
