We are looking for a Field Supervisor to join our team at Plus 360 Fahrenheit Solutions Private Limited for the Greater Noida Area.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage deployed manpower at client sites.
Ensure proper attendance, duty allocation, and shift management.
Conduct regular site visits and monitor staff performance.
Coordinate recruitment, joining formalities, and replacement of staff when required.
Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies and client guidelines.
Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
Verify and maintain records such as attendance sheets, leave records, and statutory compliance documents (ESI, PF, etc.).
Ensure safety standards and operational procedures are followed at the site.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management regarding site status and manpower updates.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Familiarity with different techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
