Location: On-Field | Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation

• ₹19,329 Fixed In-Hand

• ₹23,129 CTC

• ₹4,000 Petrol Allowance

• Up to ₹5,000 Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to SOPs during field operations

• Conduct audits and monitor team performance

• Identify process gaps and drive improvements

• Maintain accurate daily reports

Requirements

• 1–3 years of field operations/supervisory experience

• Strong reporting and coordination skills

• Willing to travel extensively
